BUKAVU OUT OF HANDS OF M23

Hakim

Friday Bukavu being in the hands of M23, M23 gave some days to take over the country but starting from Goma, no announcement saying that M23 took over Bukavu and it means that M23 took it they didn't enter but they were near about Bukavu, they just sent their spies to check as they were in civilian uniform.
Another news is that they were ready to enter but think that there may be ambush of some soldiers. Other saying that Congo and Burundi soldiers might ambush them.
Soldiers turns back Bukavu but no war happened they were with Burundian soldiers.
Announcement at 10:00 President Macron "I talked with President Tchisekedi that agreed on one thing that they should stop wars and shooting and other thing is M23 should release Country, another thing is that citizen should come back and also soldiers should comeback as it happened, another is M23 have to release Kavumu and airport as he is going to conclude He said that I call upon Rwanda to help us to put this decision and agreement we took, before the announcement soldiers were already back home."
Will war stops and no shooting again with M23, will also Rwanda help them stopping the war?
All the crimes happened are not done by M23 but soldiers who runs away from their country. M23 didn't take over Bukavu but soldiers who runs

What began small gradually became large. As the group grew, so did its tactics: confrontational campus debates; media presence; social media outreach; efforts like the "Professor Watchlist" to challenge what Kirk perceived as liberal bias in academia.  Kirk also launched several media undertakings—his radio/podcast show The Charlie Ki...

These changes are set to reshape how secondary education is delivered across the country.
