Rwanda and Congo

Hakim

They want to lead Congo by using Guns; an accuse of M23 to FRDC that they use an airport by bringing guns to fight against civilians.

What is going to happen if Rwanda won't send troops to bring Peace in other countries? This will be an awkward.

Let's wait what to happen after the convention.
